Film Submission: GSCA Virtual Film Expo 2021

A separate form must be submitted for each project presented. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Project must be submitted with a title. Please do not enter "to be determined" as a title. Title will appear in all event materials as entered here.

Information for Attendees

The following information about your film will be included on GSCA website, event marketing, and the virtual platform. 

If you do not have a specific month for your targeted release date, please consider using 1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter of the year instead of winter, spring, summer, or fall in consideration of our members in the southern hemisphere.

Please provide a synopsis of your film. There is a 250-word limit, which will be strictly adhered to. GSCA reserves the right to edit descriptions that are over 250 words. If you are not able to provide your synopsis now, please email it to kelly@giantscreencinema.com no later than March 8. 

Is there any additional information you would like to provide that should be included in the program? For example, a format that isn't listed on the form, a shorter version of the film, a previous project title, different release dates for different formats, etc. 

Payment Information

Please indicate how you will be submitting payment. Payment must be received in full before March 31 for film to be included in the virtual screening room and on the event schedule. 

Check, Wire Transfer, and Electronic Transfer Payments

If you are paying by check, wire transfer, or electronic transfer, GSCA will send an invoice to the submission contact e-mail listed at the top of this form.

Terms and Conditions
The submitter hereby agrees to release and discharge the Giant Screen Cinema Association (GSCA) from any and all claims of damage to the submission of the title of the Motion Film and Soundtrack listed above in exchange for the presentation of such material at the GSCA Film Expo. GSCA acknowledges that sole ownership of all rights in and to the film and its soundtrack are the submitter’s and that the submitter accepts all liability for any and all misfortune that might occur to the clip or the soundtrack while in GSCA’s possession. By submitting this form electronically, all parties agree to abide by the Policy and Procedures outlined on the GSCA website as required to present the film. Should the submitted film project not be available for presentation at the GSCA event, 50 percent of the original screening fee will be refunded to the submitting party.
